The Studios are unbranded managed spaces. There is no reception staff as all offices run autonomously having separate access, intercom and post facilities. Access through secure key fob entry to the courtyard is permitted 24 hours 7 days a week. Each Studio has its own designated mailbox and bell / intercom. Alarm systems are installed in all the studios.
The conference room has a capacity for 6 people and can be booked online. The use for this room is covered in service charge.
The kitchen is located centrally. Including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and water dispenser.
Weekly rubbish removal service, and a daily studio clean.
The roads that lead off Harwood Road provide short term Ringo parking. Fulham Broadway Shopping centre provides longer term parking. Bicycles can be locked in the secure courtyard. Motorbikes are not permitted in the courtyards.
